We ship throughout India and internationally.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD )

COD is only available for orders to be shipped in India and not abroad.
All cash on delivery orders require a prior deposit of 20% of the order value, payable via bank transfer or any electronic payment method. You can request an online payment link by calling or sending a message at +91 9899234940. For pieces on Sale we would need a prior deposit of 50%. Selecting the COD option and checking out does not complete the purchase process. Only when the 20% deposit has been paid via the payment link, will the order be processed by us.

RETURNS

Our garments are all on a made to order basis. Once your order is confirmed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Courier charges will be applicable for the same and will be borne by the customer.

No exchange, no return, no refunds and no alterations possible on sale/discounted merchandise.

DELIVERY

One Knot One  endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if we fail to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, One Knot One may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.

Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. We cannot initiate a refund if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.

All domestic orders from the Ready to Ship section should take about 7-10 days for delivery from the date of purchase. For all other orders, delivery timelines are ascribed in the Product information section.
